Coach Rick Noel, our Co-Founder, is a Certified ACE Personal Trainer with five years of experience. Rick has served as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and is now expanding his services to weight management, physical activity, and strength training to individuals with intellectual and development disabilities.
Our trainer speaks English, Spanish, and Creole.
